Sugar Mill Pool
Nestled among Danish plantation ruins dating from the 1700's, the Sugar Mill pool is a
serene spot for a cool dip. Lovely flowers, towering palms, banana plants and tropical birds surround bathers at the pool. There is nearby parking as well as a cabana for changing as well as restrooms. An adjacent lawn features a first class croquet court surfaced in greens quality grass.

Adjacent to the Sugar Mill pool are the Cliff Drysdale
hydrocourts. clay courts are ready for play.
Cliff came
to St Croix personally to dedicate our courts which use underground sprinklers to keep the clay surface just right. Parking and rest rooms are next to the lighted courts. Bring your racquet and enjoy a set or two.
Carambola Golf Club
This Robert Trent Jones classic course was once a tour stop for the LPGA. Trent Jones Sr. met with Laurence Rockefeller, who once owned the land, to convert a former sugar cane plantation into a world class golf course amid a botanical garden setting. Nearly 7,000 yards from the tips, it is a great test of golf ability. Play options include annual memberships or daily greens fees as well as club rental and golf instruction.
Carambola Beach Resort
One mile from the Carambola valley is the
Carambola Beach Resort. Dining, a spa, hotel rooms and everything else
you'd expect at a great resort. This lovely beach was used as a setting for several big, Hollywood films such as "Trading Places" with Eddy Murphy. Their Friday nights feature local Caribbean entertainment at their Pirate's Buffet including Mocko Jumbie dancers.
