   Sugar Island Master Association dba Carambola Property Owners Association (CPOA) was legally established as the overriding management entity (Master Association) for all of the common property not owned outright by all of the sub associations contained within Carambola; located within Estate River, Estate Fountain and Estate Prosperity on St Croix.
   It is a non-profit corporation established under the applicable laws of the U S Virgin Islands.
   The 8 member Board of Directors are elected at an annual meeting of all property owners in Carambola and serve for staggered 3 year terms.  The day to day management of the association is handled by a full time paid manager.
     
     
The sub associations consist of condominiums: Sweet Lime Villas, Saman Villas and Sweet Lime Village. It also includes single family homesites in: Ginger Hills, Hibiscus Point, Carambola Crest and Prosperity Ridge. 

CPOA owns and maintains a swimming pool and cabana as well as clay tennis courts for the benefit of all owners. It has an Architectural Review Board to maintain design integrity within Carambola. It also runs a Charitable Trust Fund, 501(c)(3), for the benefit of the people of St Croix.
